September 2011 - Jewellery Making Workshops

Abbots Tearooms will be hosting Hannah Lucy’s jewellery making workshops this autumn. In ‘An Introduction to Jewellery Making’, learn how to create stunning jewellery with a professional finish using glass beads and quality findings. Hannah will be running two workshops for beginners and a ‘Jewellery Making and More’ workshop for those who want to learn more.

Participants require no previous experience and can expect to leave the workshop with a necklace, bracelet and pair of earrings. The workshop costs £25 which includes all materials. A selection of refreshments will be available to purchase.

Workshops held on Wednesdays from 7-9pm. Available dates 19th October, 16th November and 7th December. Booking is essential as places are limited. To book contact Hannah 07790716845 or info@hannah-lucy.co.uk

June 29th - Cerne Music Festival

Abbots are proud supporters of the upcoming Cerne Music Festival which is taking place in July on the 7th 8th & 9th in Cerne Abbas. We are opening for the evenings and providing pre-concert meals. Please click here for a copy of our special "festival" menu. We look forward to seeing you!

March 31st - Pampered Chef

We are hosting a fundraising Pampered Chef party on Thursday 31st March to raise money for Cerne Youth Club. The party will be held at Abbots from 7pm. Entrance is £1.00 per person and all proceeds will go to Cerne Youth Club. Pampered Chef will donate a further 10% of all sales on the evening. All are welcome. Please come and help us support Cerne Youth Club.

April 29th - A Right Royal Picnic...

Cerne Abbas is to host a street party to celebrate the Royal Wedding on Friday 29th April. More details will follow, however a fun packed day for the whole family will be had.
